A small town with lots of notoriety. Teutonic Knights ruled the town ruthlessly. Nicolas Copernicus was from here. Gingerbread has been made here since the late 1300s.

Nav:

A charming and easily walkable town. Lots of interpretive signs to learn without a guide. One sign explained the Spanish Donkey. Town gossips were tied to the back of a wooden ‘donkey’ and made to sit for hours.

Nosh:

Recommend Jan Olbracht for both food and drinks.

Nip:

Jan Olbracht has a gingerbread beer. It’s worth a taste in the flight but it’s too heavy and sweet for me.
