The parks border each other so if you go to one, see what's in the other...but Sequoia has the big trees.
Highlights from Sequoia include the General Sherman Tree (largest tree by volume on the planet, but not the tallest at 274.9') and the General Grant Tree (a baby at 1700 years old and only 267 feet).
Enjoy some hiking along the trails, especially if you go in early spring, where you'll see some snow melting and creeks running.
