Nav:
Maniniholo Dry Cave: It isn't a hike and isn't a big cave but its fun if you are in the area and want to stop by.

Waimea Canyon: This should be on the must see list. It's like a little Grand Canyon in paradise.

Nosh:
Kauai Island Brewing Co: It's not great food but it got the job done.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue: This is a restaurant chain across Hawaii. They also have a location in Los Angeles. Plate lunch is white rice, macaroni salad and a main. The main here is a steak burger with egg and gravy.

Nip:
Kauai Island Brewing Co: Billed as the western most brewery in the world, before crossing the International Date Line. These brews are available on draft or in the can to go.

Kauai Coffee: Hawaii has a reputation for being able to cultivate delicious coffee...and these locally grown beans are no exception. After a free tasting indoors, you can buy a cup and sit on the porch overlooking the coffee fields.
