A small town in the north central part of Nevada. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit but I've been a few times traveling between California and Salt Lake City and enjoyed it.

Nav:

Casinos: It's not Vegas or even Reno...but it's still Nevada and you can gamble in airport so why not here?! If that interests you, find a place that has your games and go. There aren't lots of choices but there are a few.

City Walk: Murals, murals, murals. I love it. So much character and intention. You can tell what some places are just from the murals, like the library and fire station.

Elko Railroad Park: A fun place if you have kids, or want to act like one again. Jump on the back of the parked train and pretend you're a hobo looking for a new adventure.

Nosh:

Roy's: I actually haven't eaten at any restaurants in the city. Need to do that next time. I have stopped at Roy's, a local grocery store. It's not big but has all the essentials, including some grab and go items like salsa, salad, ceviche, and carnitas.

Nip:

7018 Brewery: This was a tough one to get into...they are only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Venue is cool...inside an old bank building.
