City Highlights: Main tourist points here
Palace of Parliament: Originally built as a Presidential Palace for communist dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu (executed in 1989), this is now the people's house. Some rooms maintain their original design, while other spaces have been converted to office space. This is the heaviest building in the world, weighing more than 4 million tons. It's the second largest administrative building in the world, behind The Pentagon.

Caru' Cu Bere: This has been a fixture in Old Town since 1879. Their current building is almost as old, completed in 1899. Celebrities like the Rolling Stones have visited, so why not join the history and stop by for lunch.
