Hi, I’m Israel

I have a bug...no, not COVID...a TRAVEL BUG. I love seeing new places, experiencing new things, and meeting new people. Been traveling for years and have no intention of stopping anytime soon!

I quit my corporate job, sold my house, packed my car, and set out in 2022 to see as much as I could in two years. Specific items on the domestic list included 1) National Park Sites, 2) State Capitols, and 3) Presidential Libraries. These items are a great way to learn the history and values of the country I call home.
I've also been to dozens of countries across continents. So far, ZERO regret!

I'm a homeless disabled veteran...ok, so I live in hotels and at campsites in scenic locales around the country...but I don't own a house or rent an apartment, so wherever I am is where I live, which means I'm sort of homeless. Maybe I'm more of a vagabond.

During my time in the United States Marine Corps, I picked up a few bangs and scrapes but I'm still very capable (thank you to those who were killed or severely wounded, the country owes you a debt of gratitude). Bottom line...while it may sound bad, don't feel sorry for me. I'm living my best life!

I like to travel, eat, drink, use Oxford commas, and share my adventures with others. LET'S GO!
